The Hotel was older but had some nice upgrades to the rooms. It was weird though not having a lobby area where you can hang out and watch tv or lounge in a common area. We had a water leaking issue with our ac unit but the Manager took care of the situation immediately, very impressesed. The repair tech was very nice and took care of our issue right away. The whole staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast pretty decent for being continental style but the Food server was very nice and accommodating and made sure there was plently of food all the time. The hotel was situated in a very quaint and safe community and walking distance to the buses and trains. Would definitely stay here again. Excited to see what their plans are for renovations.

This hotel was under construction. It was not posted as this when I booked the reservation. It was a big surprise when we checked in at 11:00pm at night. The front of the hotel was all torn apart, the ground, the walls, the front desk. We went up to our room and the room had very few towels and the ones we had were stained. The sheets on the bed were stained. There was plastic covering the mattress which was very old and so uncomfortable. The faucet in the bathroom was rusted and lifted up when using the sink. The water pressure was so light. The free breakfast only worked if you got there first because there was no where to sit. There were 3 little tables with 2-3 chairs. We had to bring our breakfast to our room to eat it. The family reunion that we were having was ruined because there was no where to sit in the hotel other than our rooms which were not at all easy to do with a large group of people. We only had one desk chair in the room. The floor was being worked on everyday that we were there. There were spacers sticking up in the floor and my son tripped over them. The workers were all in the way in the lobby every time we walked thru it. The workers were never to be found. The one guy hung out in the coat closet next to the elevator. Save yourself a headache, do not book at this hotel!

The hotel lobby was under renovation, no furniture & very dusty. During our 3 night stay, there frequently wasnt a hotel employee to be found. We called from our room for assistance one evening and no one answered the phone. Our private terrace wasn't private as another guest room window was there.

The staff at front desk was wonderful. Had flight canceled and the staff really took care of us. Room was very clean. Beds were very soft and comfortable.
