I had a truly wonderful stay at The Spotlight and was honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews here, because my experience was completely the opposite. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The bed was extremely comfortable, the washroom was hygienic, and all basic amenities were properly arranged. Hot water was available without any issues, and the overall ambience felt premium and peaceful. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby places, and the property feels safe and private. What really stood out was the support from the owner, who was very polite, responsive, and ensured a smooth self check-in and stay. This place offers great value for money and is perfect for a business trip, couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again whenever I’m in the city.

It was a pretty depressing room with torn blanket and used soaps and toiletries in the toilet. Dirty sheets in the closets. Although I had 2 nights' reservation, I could not tolerate the though of spending the second night there and moved out after the first night. Not an experience I would ever want to repeat.
