Don't let the unkempt grounds deter you. The inside is clean, organized, and tidy. Most importantly they dount gouge you on the rate for CSU graduation. The 25 minute or so drive into Ft. Collins is more than worth it. I award the rest of the hotels in the area 0 points and may God have mercy on their souls.
