When arriving after the 4pm check-in, several customers were there waiting for their rooms. The staff was very overwhelmed and I felt empathy for them. It was 5:45 before we could get our room. They did give us the waterpark wrist bands and tried to accomodate as best they could. Once in the room, I noticed mold in the window and signs of leakage. I also noticed remnants of water damage in the bathroom. Work was poorly done. The beds were TERRIBLE. Need new mattresses for sure and more stability with the bunk beds. We also found a sock left in the room.

Although we were informed that check-in was at 4:00 PM, we did not receive our room keys until 5:30 PM. During this time, no option was provided to store our luggage, leaving us to carry our bags while attempting to navigate the waterpark area. When we tried to purchase lunch, we were told there was a minimum 45-60 minute wait for food because staff were occupied with check-in and other tasks. Additionally, we were never notified when our room was ready, requiring us to wait in line again for another 30 minutes. Despite indicating that our reservation was for five guests, our room was stocked with only three bath towels. When I called the front desk to request additional towels, the response was vague: “Oh, let me track some down.” Unfortunately, the towels never arrived. Check-out was similarly disorganized, and it was evident that the property is understaffed and struggling with management issues. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the staff we interacted with were polite and friendly despite the challenges they seemed to be facing.

When i checked in the lady behind the counter was very rude i was wondering why there was an extra charge. The room was booked for 6 people the room was set for 6 people. She told me it was $25.00 extra for the water park passes because the room only comes with 4 passes. If you book a room and you are already paying $280.00 for one night they should say you are going to be charged extra even though they can see how many people are staying in the room. The room was not clean.There were food wrappers in the bunk beds and the remote for the tv was missing.

Our room wasn't ready until 2 hours after check in time. Garbage cans were overflowing everywhere with trash, my room had brown stuff splattered across the ceiling. Our extra blanket for the pull out couch was covered in stains and the front desk told us they had none to give us.

Great waterpark, arcade, lodging. Skip the buffet

Overall the stay was good, and the kids jad a blast in the water park. My only real complaint was that the breakfast buffet which cost $8-$15 was pretty terrible. I've had better food in boot camp or even via continental breakfast.

The main entrance was littered with trash pouring out of trash cans onto the walkway including beer cans, the fitness room clearly hasn’t been updated since the 90s and included one older than dirt treadmill and another one that was broken, our sheets were stained, no remote, and no pack n play in our room as per a confirmed request before arrival. The kids loved the waterpark but for nearly $300 everything else should’ve been in tip top condition.

Friendly staff at the front desk. There was an issue with guests next to us in the middle of the night and was happy to hear they were not staying as it was ignorant for those guest to be acting the way they were. Specially in a family oriented environment.
