A few odd things with the resort, we were placed in an adjoining room and didn’t know the people on the other side, it was fine until they were super early risers and also woke us up. I did request a new room and the front staff were able to fulfill my request, I was grateful! I do feel that both rooms bathrooms weren’t cleaned well, you can see the area in front of the toilet was dirty (if you have a young son you know what I’m talking about), also didn’t like that there was no fan/ventilation in the toilet room. We had a great view in both rooms, I think the report was designed to have great views from every angle, which was so great! The market buffet was where we ate breakfast each day and it wasn’t that great however they did have a lot of options. Staff was friendly, they had great entertainment and the property was beautiful! Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely return again.

This property was amazing from start to finish. With the platinum club our butlers were great, real people who cared. Clay’on and Davel were always available when we had minor issues (WiFi issues and one passive aggressive cook at the platinum club buffet). Only annoying thing was we couldn’t access some amenities on the adults only side of the resort (disco etc) I guess due to our reservation being on the family side only. We should’ve been given the opportunity to opt into that as we didn’t have the kids this trip. Other than that, the food options were incredible, room amenities were impeccable from the swim out to the two tubs to the soft bed. Onsite dispensary was a great add too 😅

Our stay was just ok. Pros: The entertainment was great. We had a swim out suite which we love. Our room was central to everything such as pools, beach, restaurants, nightly entertainment, etc,. Staff were polite and helpful at times. Mexican restaurant is the best. Food trucks were a hit. There was also a lot of security presence. Cons: First day shower floor was clogged and over flowed. Had to pretty much beg for towels daily. When asked, we had to wait 2 hours to still not get towels. I had to walk around and find a housekeeper cart to get some. The internet is very spotty and would go completely out everyday. The app had inaccurate information on restaurants. The beach is full of small pebbles that hurt so bring water shoes! There is also very little staff in the coffee shop so it overcrowds. Next to no staff on the beach for any drinks or service. Restaurants close between 7:30-9. No a lot of options in the buffet.

I saw reviews that foods were cold and didn't taste good but I must say it's the total opposite I was surprised how good they taste. Point to take is have your own experience. The staff were great.

Our overall stay was wonderful. Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend as a place to visit and will be visiting again but on the Senses side next time around!
