The reception staff were awesome! Personable and helpful. The dining staff not so much. Breakfast was good and the main reason I selected the place. Dining options are limited. The bed was kind of hard and the pillows mushy. The location is beautiful. It seems like a good family place, not so good for older people.

The property is old and quirky which we enjoyed. There is lovely scenery and enjoyable walks on the doorstep. Food in the restaurant was good although options were limited as it was the last evening before a seasonal closure.
