Very clean. The breakfast everyday had a little variety with healthy options for my son who was cutting weight. The infused water in the lobby was very good and fresh. I was very surprised with how good the stay was for a Holiday Inn. Definitely comparable to some more expensive properties.

The actual stay was fine, but I was never refunded the charge for incidentals, as the gentleman at the front desk told me I would. It's been a nightmare to try to actually speak with a person at the property, and once I finally reached someone, I was told they're was no such charge, which is not true. Of course, I didn't save my receipt, so I guess I'm just out of luck. Won't be booking with Holiday Inn again.

We Loved this Hotel.Holiday Inn has been my favorite since Childhood.This one was in walking distance of Malls , Restaurants, and Gyms.My kids loved the pool, fitness center and easy access and Pizza Delivery.We liked ithe area so much we extended our stay .We ate at Uncle Rob's Restaurant and it was not far from the hotel.It was the best comfort food we have ever tasted 😋

I traveled from NJ and my stay over the weekend started out with my realization that I had selected a handicap accessable room in error. I went down to the front desk and Latoya and Tamara were so kind. I explained my issue, and they showed such consideration. They took the time to change my room with. I am so grateful for Latoya and Tamara and their focus on cusotmer service.They are a great team! The hotel has plentiful parking; is clean; has nicely sized rooms; and a delicious breakfast.

Good overnight stay.

This was an overnight stay for a funeral. Pluses: We arrived late at night. The building was well lit and felt safe. There was someone already at the front desk. The room was spacious and the towels were nice quality. The breakfast buffet was great. Minuses: The door to the room did not close properly. The fitness center had 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 stationary bike, mats, weights and a weight bench. The machines were daisy chained with the treadmill being what plugged into the wall. The socket was in disrepair; so there was no power to any of the machines. Thankfully, we were able to fix it so I could get in a treadmill run. Would we stay again? Yes, I would have no qualms about staying here again.

The hotel hall smelled strongly of a chemical air freshener smell, the hotel room itself was very humid and smelled stale. The bathroom door barely closed because of the humidity, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stand up. The staff wasn’t very helpful, and the parking lot difficult to navigate. Wouldn’t stay here again.
