Elevator broke the day we arrived. Staff did everything possible to help with the situation. Overall a very nice hotel well appointed. Breakfast was excellent!!! If back in the area I would easily stay there again.

I loved this hotel! I’m just discovering it year 3 of my son’s schooling. The people are wonderful. It feels like a family taking care of you. I booked a 2 bedroom but only needed one. They suggested I switch since they had a suite available. It was the most beautiful bridal suite from the original party of the hotel. It was huge! It was stepping back into time and so tasteful and classy. The pictures I’m including with the sitting area, giant bathroom and fairytale bedroom. They offer a complementary glass of wine and free breakfast 6-9am but that was a little early. I’ll be back!

The woman at the front desk was the absolute best the entire stay. She was so welcoming and sweet. The little coffee shop a few doors down (Joy Bar) was amazingly great find. I will be returning the next time I'm in High Point.

The property was lovely and I would stay there again. I would add that other reviewers mentioned not being able to check in before 3pm. That was the case with us as well. We arrived around 1:30. No problem, we grabbed a late lunch but I have a hunch it's simply their policy there and if you want early check in, you need to pay for it. It's a Wyndham thing. Nice: The room was lovely. The bed is excellent. The free breakfast was typical of free breakfasts at hotels. Maybe a tad nicer. Negative: The tub faucet was broken. The handle was nearly falling off. I can't believe the person who cleans the room didn't note it. The hair dryer was broken.
