I never received a refund. I was not allowed to stay at my hotel because I was not the age of 21. So I did not even have the chance to step foot in the room that I paid for nor did I get the refund or my money back.

I’d rather sleep in the car!

Overall we had to cancel and find another place to stay. After checking in & being in the room maybe 30 minutes, we noticed how dirty and poorly maintained the property was…and decided to leave after we felt we were being bitten. Carpeting was filthy. Seems to be a place for the local homeless to panhandle, then get a cheap room for the night. Staff was friendly but clearly understaffed. Clear lack of concern from the owners, or whoever is in charge. Broken elevator, pool closed, plumbing in disrepair. foul odors in lobby and room. Literally a 0 out of 10. The two ladies at reception were kind and took care of our cancellation and check out quickly and kindly.

Very low budget hotel

The hotel parking lot is raggedy. The rooms smell like smoke. The hotel pool and gym are out of service. It’s a very cheap low end hotel.

We were concerned because the price was so low but this was a great overnight. I asked a couple of questions before the stay and they were promptly answered. The receptionist when we checked in was personable and helpful. The breakfast was standard as expected with waffles cereal fruit coffee tea and juices and the single kitchen staff was very friendly and personable as well. This was almost a steal at the price for a night!

We stayed one night for an event in the area so fortunately we only need the room to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The hotel stated 100% smoke free; however, the hallway and room reeked of stale smoke. The bathroom sink apparently had a clog in the drain because water sat in the sink and did not drain quickly. You would think that housekeeping staff would report this and makes you wonder how much time and effort is put in to cleaning. Bathroom door did not close or reopen easily and tub/shower did not look clean. So needles to say, we did not shower in the morning. There was a vent fan in the bathroom but it did not work. Sheer curtains on the window were torn and ripped and even had what appeared to be a burn hole in the curtain from a cigarette. Dresser in the room was missing all but one pull knob to open drawers. We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the property and room.

Disappointing stay

The staff were very friendly, and supportive. The morning breadfast room was clean and well appointed. The room was disappointing. A majority of the electrical outlets didn't work, as well as the wall hairdryer. Overall, the room smelled like a dirty old ashtray. The general appearance of the facility indicates it needs an upgrade.
