The room and hotel were beautiful. Pool was closed without any notice when booking. Housekeepers loudly knocked on every door on the floor right before 9am, when we answered the door they said “hello, we were checking if you are still here.” Check out wasn’t until 11 and that was kind of a nuisance. However, lobby staff and the rest of the stay was great!

The name was a bit deceiving. Maybe it’s just me but I saw “four seasons” and had higher expectations. I ended up switching hotels because I was dissatisfied. It’s an older hotel and I’d call it average/okay-not wonderful like the ratings suggested.
