Horrible Customer Service

I never made it to hotel. I was involved in a car accident behind my control. I didn’t receive a refund and I will never book to stay at this hotel again. Sometimes you can’t cancel a reservation in time. Being involved in a car accident an Act of God. I was told multiple times I wouldn’t receive a refund. Good luck to anyone making reservations I pray you make there because they won’t refund you.

The property was beautiful. The staff and bartender at Brass Bar were excellent. I met a lot of amazing people sitting around the bar. The only complaint from my wife was more attention to the pool area and hallways. While some parents got drunk at the bar they let multiple of their wild children run the hotel and be obnoxious in the pool cursing, and splashing other children being kids without any supervision, which made the pool not fun for my wife and our smaller children
