Check in was smooth and straight forward. Didn’t spend more than 2 hrs in the room and I found a roach so had to change to a different room. I had 2 bags, no one helped me with my luggage. Managed to get it down to the first flow because that’s what I wanted. Got settled in the room. It was a king suite, a little bigger than the one I had. Settled in. Room service and housekeeping is terrible. They only gave me towels and changed my sheets not more than 3 times and I spent a total of 10 days. Every day I had to request for my room to be cleaned and they still wouldn’t clean it after I’m back to my room. They never vacuumed nor cleaned my bathroom the couple of times I was in the room when they were cleaning which leads me to believe that they don’t clean the rooms at all nor wipe it down at all. There was dust literally everywhere in the room, I had to wipe it down myself. Their breakfast is just a take and go with a lot of bread and nothing really to eat. Such a big hotel can definitely add some bacon or egg instead of just bread and cereal. Overall experience was a 3/10 for me. It’s an ok place to stay just a little better than econo lodge:. If you’re spending more days I won’t recommend this place for you. Also I could hear sounds and voices at very odd hours of the day like way after midnight. One time I was woken up at 2 am with a banging sound from a bed upstairs directly from my room. I could literally hear my upstairs guest walk around in the room from downstairs.

Basic you get what you pay for
Basic, you get what you pay for. Bed and temperature was fine. Water was hot but the hand held shower head did not stay up. Coffee pot in room was not clean. Breakfast was a disappointment with carbs only - cheap cereal, white bread. The only good was the coffee.
