good stay for family

Nice clean hotel some of the room features were dated. No tub for baby to bathe in, shower only. Pool area was relaxing and clean. Pool was warm and clean.

Nice hotel

Very nice and clean hotel. Hot tub and pool were nice. Hot tub made an annoying sound when the jets were on so we just used it with the jets off. Room AC unit was a bit noisy when the compressor was running but didn’t keep us from sleeping soundly. Would definitely stay there again.

We heard the entire town was wiped out 10 years ago by a tornado… and there are photos all around. The check in staff was very polite & courteous. And told us we got the last room reservation. So people are coming here for other reasons…. Not just driving through like us.

We were blocked in Greensburg due to a blizzard. The hotel manager, Lisa, booked us for a second night and also switched our rooms when we informed her that there was an issue with the first room's toilet not flushing properly. Overall, a good experience.

Great option

Good option, good chain hotel stay considering the location from everything and everywhere else. Stayed overnight for a business trip. Basic room no thrills, but it was clean and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful after I had lost a charger-called and they found it and had it ready for me. Breakfast was nice, soda vending machines and other amenities were nice too.

Paint peeling off wall in room. Bathroom in need of updates. The fan was very loud on the heater in the room and kept coming on frequently throughout the night. There wasn't much of a continental breakfast and the fitness center was 2 machines one of which didn't work well. The treadmill was the only one that worked properly.
