Friendly staff and easy check in, clean rooms (with a really nice mini fridge and freezer), affordable stay. My only gripe was the beds were sadly pretty uncomfy and our TV didn't work, but overall we really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend as a cost-saving option.

We were informed upon arrival that the TV was broken. We also discovered that the shower drain was clogged, the microwave door was jammed and wouldn't release, they didn't have any decaf coffee in the morning and the regular coffee was so dark snd bitter indicating that it was sitting there awhile. Coffee shouldn't turn grey when three creamers are added. When we talked to the desk they offered no sort of refund because we booked through expedia. Zero way of helping to direct us to get any sort of refund. We will not be staying here again.

They did not let me check in and charge my credit card. I wanted to check in one hour and eight minutes prior to 3 PM and they wanted to charge me $20 extra for a room that cost 64. I said I’m gonna give a bad review and report them and she refused entry and didn’t refund Expedia
