There were no ground floor rooms available. At 80 plus years the steps were an inconvenience. The room was nice, and the breakfast was good for starting a journey.

You over booked us and there were no rooms available when we went to check in. You hurt us emotionally and financially as we spent triple the cost to find a room at the last second. Will never book a hotel as what you did was terrible.

Good location for what we were going to do in the area. Close to restaurants and gas stations. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and hvac worked nicely. Only negative was the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Being a non smoker that was easy to pickup. Room had no smoke smell.
