This was the first time I stayed at the property, coming from Boston, which I do visit a lot to South Carolina. I was not sure about what to expect but it was definitely a very nice experience dealing with the beautiful lady that was on duty that night, she really made me feel welcomed,& I really appreciate that.. it was a easy process & the room was clean and cozy. I will definitely recommend this to anyone, doesn’t matter if it’s on the last decision or not, it’s definitely worth the very reasonable prices and the common courtesies.. I’ll see you again soon. Thanks for such a wonderful experience at your facilities.

The Lawn Mower A/C

The room was very acceptable The A/C unit, not so much. When it came on, it was as loud as a lawn mower. I was unable to hear the TV until it went off and every time it came on during the night it would wake me up

However they lie about providing shuttle service, when I first called they said they provided free shuttle services up to a certain hour when I got there they suddenly didn't have shuttle services anymore. On expedia it says shuttle service provided but when you call to get picked up they say they don't have shuttle services at all. The front desk is rude. My family member called with an emergency to get in touch with me and because she didn't know the room number they refused to look me up on the system and transfer the call. Horrible service. Lie about services offered. Such a shame because the location is good. Front desk was rude and not helpful

Lots of interstate noise throughout the night. Loud guests on both sides of my room. Cockroach crawled in my daughter’s bag. Hotel is in poor condition on the outside. Felt quite unsafe. Pictures are false advertising. Front desk clerk was nice enough.
