You will need to walk up and down 29 steps from street level to the second floor condo. From there you will enter your private condominium where you have access to all rooms and amenities.

We offer two options to protect both you and the property: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($59), or a fully refundable Safety Deposit ($500).
We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as if you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:
QUIET HOURS ARE 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. Please keep voices and music low during this time. If neighbors or management report excessive noise, you may receive a warning or site visit.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Strictly enforced! You will be subject to immediate removal from the property without refunds or compensation if violated.
NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the home. If any evidence is found (smell, ashes, residue, etc.), an extra cleaning fee will be charged, and a claim may be filed for damages.
NO PETS ALLOWED. If any pets/animals are at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will require additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages.
GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm or adverse events that may arising during their use of the property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such events. Such insurance is not automatically provided or implied with this reservation. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.
