Main Street & its Shops & Restaurants, Falls Park, & the Baseball Stadium are a 2 minute walk away! This unit has been completely updated w/ all new floors, furniture, appliances, paint, smart tvs & local artwork (coming soon)! Downstairs is the living/dining area, front/back patios (patio furniture coming soon) & 1/2 bath. Upstairs, both rooms have vaulted ceilings, king beds, smart tvs, full bathrooms, & laundry in hall. kid friendly! we have a pack and play, kid cutlery, slumber pod, books and toys, baby gate, and a booster seat.

We had a wonderful stay in Greenville! The location of this property could not be any better, especially for a family with two young children. It’s so nice to be able to pop the kids in a stroller and head out for a walk to shops, dining, zoo, etc. vs. getting them in and out of the car. The condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. We had a fantastic stay in Greenville. This unit is close to everything. We only drove once when it was pouring rain at dinner time. Otherwise it was a short walk to main street or a great bike ride o the Swamp Ra bit Trail. We will definitely return! Thanks Hunter!
