A perfect house for our family. Easy to access Furman and downtown. Tons of space and lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the back deck for all of our meals together. Neighborhood was also great for morning walks. Tina’s communication was prompt and fantastic.

This house is awesome. Spacious, beautiful and clean. Location is perfect for visiting Furman. The front porch is gorgeous. Only wish there was a rocker or two on the porch so we could enjoy coffee from the fully stocked coffee bar.

The Ideal Home and Location

My wife and I came to Greenville for our annual family vacation. Our son and daughter and their families also attended. Our total number included six adults and three children ages five and under. The top five reasons Grand Greenville Estate was ideal for our stay. 1) The house has a spacious common area, a large kitchen, and a large-screen TV room. 2) The house has enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a family group. Our grandkids enjoyed the bunk bedroom. 3) The property has easy access to downtown Greenville and small quaint towns like Travelers Rest and Greer, which provide restaurants, shops, parks, microbreweries, walking and biking trails, etc. For example, some of the highlights in Greenville included Unity Park with a playground and splash pad, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Falls Park on the Reedy, Flour Field (Greenville Drive baseball team), the Children’s Museum of the Upstate, and the Liberty Bridge. 4) The property is near Furman University, where you can jog or stroll on the beautiful campus. 5) The property owner was very responsive when we had questions or needed extra home items like towels, bath mats, etc. This property and location met our needs and more!

The house was huge and well appointed. Nice dishes, nice silverware, fabulous bed linens and towels. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious living areas. The proximity to Furman University was perfect for our needs. Recommend it highly.

Beautiful spacious home- perfect for multiple families!

Our family went down to SC to visit family for the holiday. My husband and I have 4 kids under 9 and were also traveling with my parents. The set up of bedrooms was perfect and the spacious kitchen / living areas allowed us to host our family. House was very clean and has updated household features. Beds were very comfortable. The host communicated very well and always available. My only recommendation would be add a tv upstairs. Otherwise 5 stars!!!

Great Thanksgiving Stay

This is a very nice house for our party of 7 - two families. We had 2 more over and cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 9. Nice open areas and large kitchen. Just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville -- great location! Plenty of dishes and a double-oven. Highly recommend and had no issues. Coffee station, as far as we could tell, requires K cups as there's currently no coffee pot or tea kettle. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us.
