Room was nicely appointed and clean. Staff was fantastic. My wife spoke with both the nice guy who checked us in for a while and one of the house keeping staff for a bit. She would remember their names I do not. They were very pleasant.

I enjoyed my stay, clean & quiet… the breakfast was a little disappointing…. There was no orange juice the entire week I stayed for seven days and they didn’t have the cinnamon buns every day…. That is one of the main reasons. I choose Holiday Inn for their breakfast. Other than that I enjoyed my stay….

The room had lots of lady bugs, the tile floor entrance to our room was sticky the day we got there and was never cleaned, the toilet paper holder was broken it was leaning sideways and the ice machine on the 1st floor on the 2nd day was broken. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but checked out after 2. The staff were nice, the breakfast was average. They were out of yogurt and no pancakes.

Good brand, but falls short in a small town

Staff were very polite and welcoming, but we just could NOT get maid service in our room. Our stay was for a week, and we needed a mid week spruce up in our room. We removed our do not disturb sign, and literally asked the cleaning crew for service in our room. We came back to trash bags in our cans and that was it. I stand by this brand for many of my stays, but it seems staff training standards are not consistent through the nation.

Bed was very comfortable. Water for showering was warm at best but it would get hot at the sink which leaked at the base of the fixture. Other than that it was great. Had a great night sleep. Breakfast was good except the juice machine had nothing but watered down apple juice. I would stay again in the future.

The rooms were decent, clean. Staff was very nice. The only 2 complaints we had was (1) Didn’t have enough hot water for showers. (2) Kids from the softball teams staying at hotel running up and down the halls on all levels at night and in the mornings. We did call the staffs attention to this. Their parents didn’t seem to control their behavior.

This Holiday Inn Express is clean and well-kept, evidenced from the moment I stepped inside. I was disappointed that the fitness area was being repaired, possibly from a ceiling leak. The pool area was adequate for a small number of people, but needed cleaning. Suggestion: Enclose the pool for indoor swimming. Otherwise, quick, personable check-in cinched my pleasant experience at this facility!
