Good location, the hotel shared areas like elevator, halls could have been cleaner and it had a terrible smoke smell despite the “not smoking signs”. Room was clean and lobby too. But could be better. Ok place to stay for 1 or 2 nights.

The staff was not pleasant. Our room was not ready when we arrived after 3pm. Was advised we would be contacted once it was ready. No one called and when asked she was very nonchalant about it. Her customer service was poor. We booked base off the reviews from other customers. She did not uphold the standards of the hotel. I asked for the corporate number. I was provided a number to medical alert.

We had friends come into town who wanted to go to Main Event and Top Golf, so we booked a room for the night. We walked to both so no worries about driving after having a few drinks. The rooms have a full kitchen and was perfect for us.

Staff was horrible - took 30 minutes to check in at midnight. Scary people loitering in the lobby. She checked us in to a room that was supposed to have 2 queens and had just one. She took a photocopy of my id and now I'm worried about identity theft. Although this is a new hotel, it is going downhill fast unless they get a handle on the type of people they hire. I will NEVER go back
