Needs lots of attention

The breakfast is absolutely the worst I have been too. There were no bagels,the waffle maker didn't even cook my waffle . The variety was just not there . The lady at the front desk when checking out does not need to be in customer service . She has no personality and of you asked her something seemed like she got upset you were bothering her. The outdoor space needs lots of TLC . You could tell this hotel needs much much needed upgrades. Been to plenty laquintas and this one marks up top for worse ones .

Location of the hotel is great if your visiting Greenville. The hotel needs updating, Ive stayed at other locations that are in much better condition than this one. The gym was "out of order" not the end of the world but the last time I stayed at a different location the pool was out of order. I guess the only advice there is to call ahead to check on the facilities before you book. There are other hotels in the area around same price aslo.

This is a fairly new hotel. However, our remote for the TV didn't work. When we talked to the desk clerk, he gave us a 2nd remote which didn't work either. Next door to us was a guest with a large dog. He walked the dog in the hallway, calling out the dog's name. The dog's tail seemed to be hitting the doors in the hall. This occurred during the night and interrupted our sleep.
