Gave us a room that was still dirty and looked like someone may have been staying there , had to go all the way back to front office to get another room . Still not certain if they gave us a key to someone’s room who was already there or not but either way kinda weird interaction . Other then that it was your average hotel stay nothing special about it.

Called ahead and was told there WAS a pool. On arrival, was told the pool doesn't open until Memorial Day-- they could have told me that when I called. I also asked about a gym when I called. Was told "yes!" But the gym was "under renovation" when we arrived so, no gym. Again, they could have told me when I asked on the phone. The courtesy computer provided could not connect online, and no one was available to help. "Breakfast buffet" was meager and with little selection and paper plates with plastic utensils. The connecting door to adjacent room was not insulated -- loud neighbor whistling at 5 am woke me up-- could hear him breathing practically. Terrible shower-- low pressure, and the shower curtain was loose and falling. No fan in bathroom (not that the fan didn't work-- there's NO FAN!). Electrical outlet(s) burned and partially overheated/melted). Door didn't latch fully without a push, so if you left and forgot to make sure it latched, your room could be entered without a card/key. And the elevator was so slow it made taking the stairs seem easier. I sat in the lobby one (of five) nights, alone, talking on the phone so my son could watch TV in the room. No one else in lobby but I was told at 11:30 that "the lobby closes at 11:00." Seriously? I have to leave? The LOBBY? How the hell does a LOBBY close?! The TV was on, FFS. I think the clerk just wanted her privacy so made up THAT rule on the spot. All in all, a pretty bad experience.

We have stayed here many times before. This time was a disappointment in that we were first put in a room for one night and the next morning had to move to another room. The light switches in both rooms were confusing. Some didn't turn on anything at all not even an outlet. It was the same in both rooms but each had different problems with the switches and lights. It seemed like the property is on the verge of needing updating.

Booked a king suite and stayed 5/6/25. Overall a pretty ideal experience. I checked in after 8PM and was up and out by 9AM. The room had a few pieces of furniture that had some small dings, but the room and bathroom were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The A/C worked flawlessly and the shower water pressure was fine. The breakfast was standard, but good. The one thing I would like to see changed is the blind in the bedroom portion of the room was either too far from the window, too narrow, or a combo of the two. There was a lot of light coming through at 7AM, This was not an issue with the window in the living room portion as the track was set closer to the window and the blinds seemed to be a lot wider. I likely would have gotten an extra hour of sleep if that hadn't been an issue, especially with how quiet it was in the room. I'll try to book room 618 again the next time I'm in town.

I wish I could honestly rate 0 and I don’t ever do this I’m pretty easy to please but …… the whole hotel smelled like weed, creepy people in the parking lot and hallway as the side door doesn’t lock, as soon as we checked in and went to the car for our luggage there was a completely naked man standing in a window in front of my children, hurried inside fearing for our safety and the room smelled like mold and urine, roaches in the bathroom and behind beds, we literally was in the room for 2 minutes and checked out I was not going to put my family in danger and or leave my vehicle parked outside. They still charged me I wasn’t even trying to stay there long enough to argue with them. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel and the stay was fine. What I feel they can improve on is the breakfast. It seems like they were skimping or cheaping out on breakfast. With a hotel full of people they had out two yogurts, 4 mini muffins and watery waffle mix that did not form into waffles. Also the coffee did not have creamer. They did have eggs, sausage links and biscuits with gravy. Last but not least I didn’t see any juice.
