The room was comfortable but the environment in the hallway at night is busy with the residents who live there. I would suggest that all live in residents be placed on the same floor due to the amount of traffic throughout the night.

The website glitched and booked the wrong days. I explained to the person at the counter that i attempted to book the room for December 6th multiple times and it kept changing the date to the 8th. During my final attempt to check out, it said I was booking for the 6th so I continued with payment. When I drove hours to get to the hotel they said the reservation was for the 8th. I called customer service and they refused to refund. Horrible when things out of your hands cost you almost $100 with no refund even though you are not at fault. ESPECIALLY during the holidays. I will never return here.. HORRIBLE policy.

The hotel was ok the only thing our room was by the door and so door was loud opening and closing all night so it was hard to get a good night sleep wish either the door can be quieter or to stay in other room that wasn’t by the door !

I stay here every time I am in town. It’s a great hotel and everything is clean and nice. The location is also very convenient to where I go. The floors are kept clean along with the elevator which works really good and is quick. The room has shelves a refrigerator, microwave , stovetop and sink which is really convenient. The staff is always nice and the girl at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I will be back sometime in the new year of 2026. See you guys then! Thanks!
