House was great for our family trip. It was close to Sunday River which we skied every day we were there. The master bedroom had a huge walk in closet with a window where we could set up my two year old's pack and play without waking her up. Would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Greenwood, Maine home and would highly recommend it. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable from the moment we walked in. Everything was thoughtfully labeled, which made settling in so easy — no guessing where anything belonged. The hot tub was spotless and perfectly hot, just what you want after a long day on the slopes. Speaking of snow, we were lucky enough to get about six inches one night, and by morning the driveway was plowed and the snow was cleared off the deck. That kind of attention really stood out.The house is located on the main road, so the traffic and occasional train were a bit loud at times. That said, every bedroom had a sound machine, which made a huge difference and ensured a good night’s sleep. We skied at Mt. Abram, which was less than a five-minute drive — you truly couldn’t ask for a better location for skiing. All in all, a fantastic stay. Clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. We’d absolutely come back again!

Had issues with hot tub temperature the first night but we’re fixed the next day. Front steps and driveway were all ice and snowy and did not have ice melt till the next day. A bag was left for us to spread ourselves but thought property management would have done that while we were not there during the day since it was still all ice when we got home causing issues entering home in addition to creating a mess tracking in the snow.

Family summer vacation
We had a wonderful stay, the house is beautiful and has everything you need, including beach towels, life jackets, s’more sticks, fire starting supplies and wood. We loved being right on the water and having access to the paddle boards, kayaks and canoe. We spent 3 hot days enjoying the water and hanging out with the loon. Unfortunately the house is on a busy and loud road, which took away from the quietness. Also the train is quite close and loud, but pretty infrequent, just a surprise that 1st time it passed. There was a lot of geese pop on the lawn, but we weren’t to bothered by that, however some folks could be. We did have a wonderful time and it it a lovely home with everything you need, which was wonderful.

An Excellent Ski House
We really had a great week in the house. Large enough for 10 to spread out and all the amenities we could want for a stay. this is the first house we've rented that had enough pans, tools and sharp knifes to cook whatever we wanted. The views of the pond and Mt. Abrams are wonderful. especially from the hot tubOur only negative was the house is on the main road and can be a little loud in the early mornings, the locals begin the workday at 6.We would most definitely return for another family vacation.Brian M.
