Shoes off at the door please! Please do not use the decorative towels. Lawn care takes place Saturday or Sunday mornings. Noise is minimal.
If you use the grill please clean the grill! NO! smoking in or near the house! Away from the property please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
No Parties and or Events! This home is for relaxation only. Rule violations will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of payment.
