My room was moved due to a toilet malfunction. The front desk lady was nice and upgraded the room. However, after attending a hot baseball tournament, we returned that evening for more clean towels. They stated they had no clean towels to give us for at least 2 hours. They reported the whole hotel was sold out, so they had to pull from rooms when they checked out. This was an inconvenience.

Our first room (a king room) the carpet was wet. The refrigerator was loud. We swiched rooms. The second room (not a king room) was noisy also besides the refrigerator, the was the intermittent static coming from the phone. I unplugged it....the next morning I told the girl at the desk, she looked up at me and then looked back down. No response..from start to finish a poor experience.
