The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, 5 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a small dining table and an open-hearth fireplace. A shower with WC and a separate WC complete the bathroom facilities on this floor.

The upper floor offers an additional living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a satellite TV. This level hosts 5 bedrooms each furnished with a French bed of 160 cm, and 3 further bedrooms each containing 2 single beds of 80 cm.
