ALESSANDRO HOUSE - Sangiovese house with mini-pool in the center of Greve

We are located in Greve, a stone's throw from Florence, in the most authentic heart of Tuscany, immersed in the enchanting scenery of the Chianti hills.

Casa Sangiovese is ideal for 4/5 people as it is composed of a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one double and one triple) and two bathrooms with shower. The accommodation is newly renovated, elegantly furnished in Tuscan style and equipped with every comfort, including free wi-fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, maxi-screen TV.
A large outdoor area shared with the other apartments in the property is equipped with a mini-pool with hydromassage, solarium terrace, large patio and barbecue, to spend moments of relaxation and conviviality in the open air between a refreshing swim, an aperitif, a barbecue under the clear sky of the uncontaminated countryside. The mini-pool is not heated so it is open and usable during the warmer season.

The accommodation is located in the center of Greve in Chianti a few steps from the main square of the town. It is an excellent solution for those seeking the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside without sacrificing the convenience of having all the services, shops, restaurants, tourist and cultural attractions available.

Greve is an excellent starting point for those wishing to visit the Chianti area, being located approximately halfway between Florence and Siena along the Via Chiantigiana that connects the two cities through the entire wonderful Chianti valley. Starting from Greve you can easily reach all the main towns in the area, the wineries, the castles and the many charming medieval villages typical of this enchanting part of Tuscany, first of all the very close Castello di Montefioralle which is located approximately 2 km from Casa Vacanze Alessandro and can be reached with a pleasant walk.

Florence is approximately 30 km away and can be easily reached by bus; the bus stop is right in front of the house.

A few steps from the accommodation you can find a motorcycle and bicycle rental.

Parking on the street is permitted. The spaces in front of the house are paid from 9:00 to 20:00 (1 euro/hour or 6 euros for the whole day); free parking spaces are available a few steps from the house.

A great and exclusive privilege of the guests of Casa Sangiovese is to also be special guests of one of the most typical restaurants in the area. Alessandro, in fact, in addition to being the owner of the apartment is also the owner of the restaurant-pizzeria-wine bar "La Cantina" which is located right next to the accommodation.
Not just a house then, but also a joy for the palate with rich breakfasts, characteristic lunches and dinners, tasty aperitifs and snacks.
The restaurant-pizzeria-wine-bar "La Cantina" is open continuously from 10 in the morning until late at night. Alessandro awaits you at any time of the day! For each meal, an aperitif and a delicious tasting of homemade desserts will be offered.
