Private villa with pool ideal for relaxing and gourmet holiday. It is not a place for everyone. It is a very particular private villa suitable for nature lovers. To access the villa you have to take a white road typical of Tuscany, in the area there are no telephone repeaters so the phone does not take very well, we have a wi-fi but not the fiber as the area is not yet covered by this service. The first village with supermarket, bar, pharmacy, bank, etc. is 5 km away.

In our Villa you can spend a relaxing holiday, nearby wineries and farms where you can book tastings or purchase local products. Possibility to organize cooking lessons with tasting of local products. Golf course within 15 km. Horse riding at 20 km with the possibility to book walks in the Chianti region on horseback.

Guests have access to all areas of the house. Living room, kitchen, sleeping area, garden, swimming pool, outdoor barbeque, private parking.

The owners are present on the property but customers can choose not to interact with them.

We are in the Chianti Classico wine way. You can make very unique experience with wine and local products test around in the neighboring farms.

First bus station it is at 5 km from the villa.

le gestionnaire ne répond que très peu a nos courriels. C’est une superbe résidence qui manque malheureusement d’entretien. Des fourmis a l’entrée aux toiles d’araignées, mais surtout une forte odeur de moisissure qui embaume le 2eme étage au complet et même les draps et les matelas. Dans la cuisine: une forte odeur de créosote est présente dès que l’on ferme la porte. Le four au gas ne fonctionne pas. Le plafond coule. La piscine est superbe mais tous les coussins du mobilier extérieur sont endommagés. L’acces a la propriété est difficile car c’est un chemin de gravier en fortes pentes sur environ 400m. Bref, à cause des odeurs et de là malpropreté nous ne pouvons recommander cette résidence à qui que ce soit tant que les propriétaires n’auront pas procédé à des travaux de mise a niveau et pour éliminer les odeurs.
