Welcome to this charming 227 m² house in the heart of the Provençal village of Grillon, near Grignan, in the Enclave des Papes.
This secluded property offers a 1000 m² enclosed garden, a private pool, a shaded terrace, and a private courtyard. Ideal for family holidays or getaways with friends.
The two-storey house accommodates 6 guests (bed linen and towels provided):
Ground floor:
•Entrance hall with separate WC and laundry room
•Large living room with TV area
•Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room
Upstairs:
•Mezzanine with office space
•Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet
•Bedroom 2: queen-size bed
•Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 cm) and a baby bed
•Shared bathroom and separate WC
The house has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.
Outdoor spaces:
•Secured pool (3.5 x 7 m) with 6 sun loungers
