Great stay at Alex’s villa near St Tropez

I visited the area with my parents and had a great time around the pool and gardens !

Charmant huis, mooie tuin en zwembad maar te duur!

Het huis ziet er van de buitenkant charmant uit en heeft een grote tuin. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Goede parkeermogelijkheden. De slaapkamers zijn goed van formaat. Het is opnieuw geverfd maar gedateerd van binnen. In de advertentie stond dat er airco in het huis aanwezig was. Wat wij heel belangrijk vinden en hierop ook onze zoekactie in VRBO hadden aangepast. Echter was er maar 1 airco in een slaapkamer. Er waren Dyson ventilatoren die alleen de warmte verspreiden. De eigenaren melden dat dit in de advertentie stond maar dit klopt niet. Ook was de website tussendoor aangepast, wel met mooiere foto's maar nu stond er dat het huis maar 1 badkamer had ipv 2. Na contact met de eigenaar werden we gerustgesteld. TIP: We hebben bij onze boeking in maart van alle pagina's een screenshot gemaakt . Verder was er weinig schaduwplekken te vinden en het terras was heel warm. Je moest met parasols sjouwen om schaduw te maken. Ook was de waterdruk slecht en 1 badkamer had alleen maar koud water. Dit is door ons gemeld. We kregen te horen dat de loodgieter op vakantie was dus dat ze niets voor ons konden betekenen. Kortom; het huis kan nog wel wat goede updates gebruiken en wij vinden het nu echt te duur voor wat je krijgt.
