The villa offers a splendid panoramic view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and magnificent sunsets over the Massif des Maures. It is located at the top of a lovely, quiet, and video-monitored private residence, just minutes from Port Grimaud and the beaches, and 10 km from Saint-Tropez. The 400 sq m interior comprises 5 bedrooms (with excellent quality bedding), 5 bathrooms, a large 100 sq m living room, and a separate 35 sq m kitchen. Outside, you will find several relaxation areas with 2 terraces and a patio, the option of dining in the shade or sun depending on the temperature, a 13m x 5m swimming pool with a counter-current system, an outdoor bar, and a pétanque court. Parking is available for up to 3 cars on the property. For young children, we have provided stair gates and equipment such as a high chair and a travel cot. Everything has been designed so that everyone can enjoy a holiday at their own pace, combining comfort and entertainment without forgetting the discovery of this magnificent region.

Beautiful Villa

I have just come back from an amazing trip with my family and friends. This villa was absolutely amazing with breath taking views. It was very peaceful and tranquil. It is located in a residential area in a gated community. It was spacious enough to accommodate twelve people. The owner herself was extremely professional and accommodating and the caretaker of the property were likewise very helpful. The villa is about ten minutes car ride ride to the Port Grimaud or 15 min ride to Sainte-Maxime where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The attention to detail of the decor in the villa is amazing, simply makes you feel like at home. We simply enjoyed our holidays, the Villa was a perfect home and the surrounded area was outstanding !! We would definitely come back for another stay and do gladly recommend to others ...It's a good choice. With kind regards, Ramune Adomaitiene
