Nestled in a beautiful landscaped garden with citrus trees and Mediterranean plants, the property combines charm, comfort, and the art of living on the Côte d’Azur.
The two identical villas can accommodate up to 16 guests in total, 8 per villa. Each villa offers on the ground floor a spacious, bright living/dining room opening onto the outdoors, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a guest WC. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 comfortable bedrooms, a large bathroom with WC, and a terrace perfect for relaxing in the sun. An independent apartment adjoining each villa features 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, and a kitchen in one of the rooms for complete independence.
The property boasts superb outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and gatherings: large pool, pool house, landscaped garden with private areas, pétanque court, children’s play area (trampoline and swings), furnished terraces for meals and socializing, barbecue, and ice maker.
