Familjen på Hotell Havsbaden Spa

Härligt spa med många inomhus & utomhus pooler och solsängar, hade önskat snabbare incheckning och bordsplacering vid middag. Underhåll av ledstänger vid poolerna behöver ses över. Skyltning saknas av att den gröna poolen var saltvattens pool då jag undvek den pga färgen vilket var synd. Ala carte maten överträffade familjens förväntningar mycket gott!

Suggestions of improvements

The reception was badly placed right in the middle of the flow from the rooms to the diner, snack bar and the shuffleboard room. And I don’t see the point in sitting receptionists with a giant screen between the receptionist and the customer. The spa was ok regarding the amount of different saunas and pools but water on the floor everywhere and load of children playing in the pools pulled the experience down a lot.

Havsbaden i Grisslehamn, vilket ställe!!!

Trevlig hjälpsam personal, alltid glada och trevliga. Ett hotell med mysig, mjuk familjär inredning. Vilken härlig inbjudande restaurang med bästa kypare och fantastiskt god mat. Alla dessa pooler inte att förglömma både utomhus och inomhus.

Fint hotell mysigt med bra spa

Helt fantastiskt hotell och spa. Lokalerna mysiga och rummen likaså. Personalen i receptionen kan gärna vara lite mer tillmötesgående. Servitrisen var varken trevlig eller kunnig om mat eller vin och visade ointresse för gästerna. Däremot var personalen nere i spa helt fantastiskt trevliga!
