This spacious vacation home in the village of Groede is made for vacations. It has a large, modern and cozy living room. The large sliding door provides access to the terrace. The garden is completely fenced. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to cook for 9 people. It is a wonderful vacation home for a vacation with the family. Upstairs you will find spacious bedrooms of high quality and two bathrooms. This beautiful vacation home in Zeeland, is located only three kilometers from the beautiful sandy beach of the village of Groede. On the beach you will find plenty of parking. In the evening you can enjoy the setting sun. This vacation home is therefore very suitable for a city trip. You can enjoy delicious shellfish dishes in one of the many Dutch restaurants and relax on the beach on the North Sea coast. Not far away are the authentic center of Groede, Sluis, which is very popular with visitors, and the inviting beach resorts of Cadzand and Breskens.

Geen weet van verblijf

Bij onze aankomst wisten ze niet dat er gasten kwamen dat weekend. Gelukkig was het wel vrij. Onder het bed lag er ook nog een kous van een vorige eigenaar. Er is ook een vijvertje dat niet aangegeven staat. Voor de rest zeer aangenaam huis die heel ruim is en goed te verwarmen is.

Groede September 2020

Die Wohnung war voller Hundehaare und Sand, da ist definitiv nicht gesaugt worden. Im Garten war ein ca. 10 qm großer frei zugänglicher Teich, für Kinder absolut ungeeignet. Der Teich ist im Prospekt weder zu sehen noch im Text beschrieben. Hier ist bewußt und vorsätzlich ein Umstand verschwiegen worden, der davon abhält, mit Kleinkindern dieses Objekt zu buchen. In dieser Sache werden wir ein Reisepreisminderung gegenüber dem Vertragspartner geltend machen.

Familien Tripp über Allerheiligen

Wir waren mit drei (einer) Familie im Haus. Meine Eltern, mein jüngerer Bruder mit seiner Frau, seinem Kind und Hund, sowie meine Frau und unser Hund. Das Haus ist super gelegen, bietet alles was man braucht. Die Außenanlagen sind ein Traum für Hunde. Komplett umfriedet, sodass man die Hunde auch mal bedenklos im Garten stöbern lassen kann. Sollte es uns nochmal in diese Region verschlagen, würden wir uns freuen, wenn wir es wieder mieten könnten.

Maison très confortable et agréable

Grande maison bien équipée et confortable. Poêle à pellets très pratique pour une petite flambée en novembre...Super calme; village avec restaurants autour de l'église à 500m de la maison..Parking pour 3 voitures minimum devant la maison.. A quelques kms de la plage..
