Experience an exciting and relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea - your holiday apartment is located directly on the beautiful Baltic Sea.

The house and the apartment are in good condition and offer 2 floors. The bedroom is on the upper floor. This is equipped with a sofa, a large wardrobe and a double bed. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the lower floor.
The bathroom was totally renovated in 2017, has a very large shower / shower cubicle, sink and modern toilet.
The apartment is on the top floor of Königsberger Allee 40 in Grömitz.

SHORT: Located directly on the Baltic Sea, own parking lot & balcony. Relaxation on 2 floors.
