Keine Parkplatznot, da Großparkplatz vor der Tür, dennoch ruhiges Quartier

Durch die Einbahnstraßenregelung ist es eine ruhige Lage, zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Die Lage im Spitzboden verursachte einige Beulen, da wir über 1,80 m sind. Auch die Dusche war dadurch etwas beengt. Für kleinere Leute aber durchaus empfehlenswert. In diesem Sommer war der verglaste Giebel eher lästig, da die Sonne lange schien. Bestecke und Geschirr könnten zahlreicher sein, um die Geschirrspülmaschine voll auszulasten.
