Worth every dollar! I think the people of St. Lucia are amazing in general but the hotel was top tier. Staff most of the time were incredibly nice and welcoming, some went above and beyond and it was appreciated. The hotel was very clean and had plenty of options! Also family friendly which was a bonus!

This resort is clearly understaffed and poorly managed. Foul odor random days in the buffet. We had two rooms and both smelled like mildew. AC didn’t work in one of the rooms. No towels available by the pools which was a daily occurrence. Best food was in the buffet, and that food was not great. Would not return nor recommend this resort to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. They booked two separate rooms for me and my wife, when we really booked it together. They made us wait an hour before we got a new room, and by the time we get there, it turns out the door look is broken, another 2 hours pass before they fixed the issue. They never even tried to make it up to us or make our stay better. On top of that, the services were practically nonexistent. Called for housekeeping multiple times, only for them to not show up at all. The staff don't like being there and you can see it in their faces. The resort lacked basic safety measures — I never felt secure during my time there. A few of my family members got stuck in an elevator when it stopped working, one of them had a baby with her as well. A worker heard them and had to force the elevator open. What was advertised versus what was actually available were two completely different things. Definitely not worth the money, and I would never return or recommend it to anyone.

1.5 hour check in , no elevator the whole week , terrible room service room service , terrible restaurants , ugly beach , no door at the bathroom , when we checked in there where no mattress for the kids in the room. after long flight we couldn't even take a shower and sleep. 11 at night they finally brought mattress , NO TV THE WHOLE WEEK. COULDN'T FIX IT. D I S A S T E R !!!!

Staff is a bit unfriendly in certain areas, also there was a shortage of no towels everyday and you have to reserve for dinner otherwise it’s booked for the day which is insane spending all your money for the all inclusive this place false advertised and didn’t mention this before booking.

DO NOT STAY AT ROYALTON ST. LUCIA: I stayed at Royalton St. Lucia recently and would like to save you from having the same DREADFUL experience I had. To claim being a luxury resort and being LESS THAN AVERAGE is false advertising. The hotel is poorly maintained. This trip was a gift for my parents, and Royalton left us with arthritis flare ups, uncontrollable diarrhea, mold exposure, and a subpar experience. 1. Elevators down in multiple buildings. 2. Food poisoning. 3. Mold smell. 4. Unfriendly staff. 5. Never any towels. I am not one to ever write reviews, but this is unacceptable of a “luxury resort”. This place is equivalent to the cleanliness, service and friendliness of a MOTEL. This is definitely the worst vacation I have ever had, so book somewhere else in St. Lucia. For the first time ever, I was actually excited for the Royalton St. Lucia nightmare vacation to end.

Beautiful resort but service can be inconsistent

This was our first all-inclusive resort so that was a fun new experience. The resort is beautiful and clean. The food is okay. The Italian restaurant was delicious. We very much appreciated the buffet always being an option. The service is inconsistent since some workers were very friendly and helpful and others were very unfriendly (food truck). The pools and drinks are awesome! Beach is great. Our room was very clean and cleaning people were very friendly. Room service is spotty since it could be a really long wait and quality was so-so. Special shout-out to the kids' club employees. This option was so nice to have to take our 1-year-old granddaughter to play in the AC for a couple of hours each day. Check in process can be lengthy depending on the time of day! Beware that the drive to and from the airport is harrowing so it is not for the faint-hearted.

This was the worst experience for a hotel. The elevator kept breaking and we were on the 5th floor and I had my baby and stroller to take up.

Rooms did not get serviced for days! Staff seemed very unhappy….even though some of them complain about things they themselves could change! The food was put together but it was the same thing for 7 days.
