DO NOT STAY HERE!

This was the worst experience ever. Do not believe what you read on Hotels.com! First of all... There is no airport shuttle. Worse, it's a 40-minute/$50 taxi ride to the airport - if there's no traffic - and it takes 20 minutes for a cab to arrive! We nearly missed our plane because we were led to believe (we had done a search on Hotels.com for hotels near the airport, and this popped up. Surely, when you read that the hotel has an airport shuttle, you assume that it's close to the airport, too.) Second of all... There is no dinner served (at least not the night we were there - a Saturday night, no less, so what's that about?), and the nearest restaurant (I think) was a 15-minute walk on a deserted street along a highway. We went to bed without dinner! Third, there is no one to check you in. When we arrived at 1 p.m., there was a sign on the door that said, "If you have a confirmed reservation, call... In other words, there was no one at the front desk! There was, however, a worker who did not speak English (no one spoke English until the next morning) and handed us keys to a room that hadn't been cleaned! Had there been an emergency, there was no way we could have gotten in touch with anyone. There was a phone in the room, but no directions on how to even reach the front desk (maybe because there's no one at the front desk?), or anyone else for that matter!

Nice large hotel in small town near Vienna

Good hotel with nice rooms and helpful staff. We mistakenly chose this hotel because it was supposed to be near the airport. In fact, one must drive into Vienna then out to the airport, so the drive was nearly an hour and fifteen minutes in morning traffic. On the other hand, the small town environment allowed us to sample a "typical" pub and meet some very nice locals. Far fewer people spoke English at local businesses than in Vienna.

Got to the hotel late at night for a two night stay. As I opened the rom door I felt the heat hit me. I asked for a fan which I didn't get. I took a cold shower which was ok. I opened the mini bar fridge to but my water into to find a half drank bottle of coke and mouldy sandwich. I spent the next half hour swatting flies and bugs in the room and tried to get some sleep. Hardly slept a wink as It was too hot and the mosquitos like critters were buzzing. My ankles and legs were full of insect bites 20/30 of them. I took another shower the next morning around 7am and left the hotel without breakfast. I checked into another hotel and didn't go back to this one. not a good experience from a seasoned traveller.

das Hotel ist sehr weitläugig und hat angenehm große Zimmer. Das Nichtraucher-Hotel und liegt für Besucher des Nationalparks und auch für Besucher Wiens gleichermaßen günstig. Auch Touristen mit Fahrrädern und Hunde sind willkommen. Check-In und Check-Out ist problemlos, auch die Zubuchung von Services ist einfach möglich, Internet-Anschluss ist Standart. Wir hatten ein Appartement gebucht, bestehend aus zwei Zimmern und zwei Bädern. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden, leider gab es eine kleine Panne beim Zimmerservice am ersten und zweiten Tag - es wurde schlicht vergessen. Beim Schallschutz im Sanitärbereich wurde eventuell auch gespart. Frühstücksbuffett war in Ordnung, das Ambiente in der Lobby hochwertig. Alles in Allem ganz OK

Im wesentlichen ok

Mein Mann und ich waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die wir an der Rezeption bereits gemeldet haben, waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden.

Für diesen Preis in Ordnung

Habe das Hotel wegen der nähe zum Flughafen, laut Internet ca. 8km. In Wirklichkeit ca.25 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Das sollte richtig gestellt werden. Zimmer war in Ordnung schönes Badezimmer. Frühstück hatten wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.

C est tres grave que cet Hotel ne présente pas fidèlement les moyens dont il dispose et sa réelle situation géographique il es à 29 kms de l aéroport de vienne et plus de 28 kms de la ville de vienne pour arriver il vous faut + de 35 euros aucune navette comme signalé il vous propose son taxi à 41 euros pour l aéroport cet hôtel vous discrédite en tant que tel essayez d apporter les rectifications nécessaire sur le site mal.pour 4 étoiles même pas une étoile

Nödhotell inför tidig flygresa

Vi valde hotellet på grund av sin närhet till flygplatsen, som enligt hotels.com endast var några kilometer FÅGELVÄGEN!! När vi väl checkat in insåg vi att det var ca 2 mil till flygplatsen då det endast finns en bro över Donau. Vi var tvugna att åka tillbaka genom stan igen och via trassliga motorvägar innan vi med andan i halsen kom till flygplatsen ca en timma efter start! Boka inte här om ni har ett tidigt morgonflyg att passa. Hotellet var slitet, med undantag från badrummen. Vi bodde på tredje våningen utan hiss. Fick vackert släpa bagaget. Hotellets servicenivå var dock hög och vi fick en ompysslad frukost trots den tidiga timman.

Der er ingen shutle til lufthavnen.Hotellet ligger ca 50 minutters med taxi = 49 Euro fra lufthavnen. Ok service. Hotellet lidt slidt.
