- 3 real bedrooms (including 2 in a row): 2 bedrooms with double bed in 140 and a bedroom with 2 single beds in 90 (new bedding).
- 1 bright living room open onto a terrace with sea view.
- 1 fully equipped open kitchen.
- 1 bathroom.
- 1 magnificent furnished terrace (garden table / chairs and barbecue) with view of Ajaccio golf course and a small private garden.
- Towels and bed linen provided
- Possibility to rent baby equipment (stroller, travel cot with mattress, high chair ...).

Located in a very calm and typical residence, the villa is ideally placed in the heart of the seaside resort of Porticcio.
