Wunderschöne Lage mit wenig Liebe zum Detail.Das Haus ist wunderschön, leider fehlt es an einer liebevollen Pflege. Angefangen von nicht vorhandenen Geschirrspühltabs bis zu wenig Klopapier und nur notdürftig gereinigt. Es fehlt auch an einem Sonnenschirm oder ähnlichem. Der Sonnenuntergang ist nur halb so schön wenn einem der Schweiß runter rinnt. Positiv ist zu bewerten, dass wir schon am Vormittag bei unserer Ankunft in das Haus konnten. Es war ein schöner Urlaub der mit wenig Aufwand nach schöner hätte sein können.

La maison est propre et fonctionnelle.La vue est incroyable mais gâchée en partie par le fort bruit de la route.La communication n'est pas toujours claire et manque de réactivité. Manque de lumière dans la chambre du bas et literie de mauvaise qualité. Cheque de caution à l'entrée alors quon peut la payer sur le site. Ménage payé en direct

Nous venons de séjourner dans cette maison poyr laquelle le Proprietaire met tout en œuvre pour le bien être de ses hôtes. Pas de surprises en dehors des bonnes. Matériel de cuisine très agréable , Nous sommes ravis et prévoyons un prochain séjour. La vue sur la baie d’ajaccio est un spectacle exceptionnel et les couchers de soleil idylliques. C'est une villa bien est située avec une vue panoramique magnifique. La villa est très grande et 2 superbes terrasses. Le seul bémol est qu'il faudrait installer un escalier pour se rendre au jacuzzi étant donné que la douche extérieure est sur la terrasse du bas et le jacuzzi au dessus. La salle de bain du bas mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et une douche à la place de la baignoire. Sinon bien située un peu en hauteur et à proximité de la plage et des commerces à pied. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Je recommande cette location.

L'arrivée s'est bien passé avec le propriétaire qui nous a bien conseillé pour les bonnes adresses du coin. La maison est grande avec des terrasses avec vue exceptionnelle sur le golf d'Ajaccio. Nous avons pu profité du barbecue le midi sur la terrasse et des grillades dans la cheminée du séjour le soir. La cuisine est bien équipée avec accessoires neuf dont le four… La literie est très confortable avec chambres vue sur la mer, une chambre a été repeinte (un ou deux fauteuil par chambre serait le top). La proximité de la plage et des commerce est à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Très bon rapport qualité prix Je recommande cette location.

Vue superbe mais villa pas en bon état et propriétaire injoignable

Villa située à flanc de colline, nul part indiqué que tout est en pente. Dans la villa, nombre de prise électrique ne marche pas ou dénudée, dans sdb du bain, baignoire et lavabo bouché dès l entrée. Lunette des toilettes défaites. Commode chambre du bas ko donc aucun rangement. Bbq pas nettoyé, du coup flamme énorme quand on fait cuire la.moindre saucisse qui risque de faire brûler la maison. Sur la terrasse du haut contrairement aux photo, il n y a plus de gazon synthétique sur toute la surface. Il y a une pièce cassée au jacuzzi qui fait que l eau chauffe à plus de 35c ! J' ai eu une fois le propriétaire au moment de ce mettre de accord sur les modes de paiements, après il était injoignable, normal il n habite pas en France a priori. Bref à part la vue qui est exceptionnelle, et Porticcio et ses plages qui sont magnifiques, je déconseille vivement cette location. '

La maison est propre , les lits et les équipements de qualité . La situation est bien , pratique pour visiter les alentours . La vue de la terrasse du haut est magique ! Dommage que le jardinier ne soit pas passé tailler en bas la vue était totalement bouchée par les haies . Vacances super , juste la fin un peu étrange de devoir nous mêmes laver , faire sécher les draps et serviettes quand on ne prend pas le forfait ménage ...mais c’est un détail . Je recommande cette belle maison pour visiter cette magnifique partie de l’île !

Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé, le contact sur place a été très amicale avec l'hôte, et de bon conseils. la maison à une très bonne localisation, supermarché et restaurant sont accessible à 10-15 min à pied. la vue est magnifique, les lits sont confortables. en revanche l état de propreté laisse à désirer, la chambres du bas et la salle de bain attenante mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. très humide. Prévoir quand même une protection contre les moustiques :-)
