The Inn-Keeper was very friendly, the hotel was kept very clean, the grounds were nostalgically pristine. Staying there was like visiting a distant childhood memory. It evoked good and warm feelings. It was an excellent jumping off point for our tour around the finger lakes

The Dutchman Suite was wonderful. It was clean, very spacious and well appointed. The daily breakfast served was delicious and manager, Shelly and owner, Chris were delightful to speak. If we were in Groton again, we would definitely reserve a room. Thank you for making our family wedding weekend special.

Travel to Ithaca a couple times a year and usually stay in one of the chain hotels in the city. But this most recent trip, I chose this lovely inn, as all of the usual spots were either booked or were priced out of my range for the level of accommodations. And my wife and I enjoyed our time very much.. Comfortable and charming. Definitely recommend it and hope to return. The Dempsey Suite was a great choice.
