Perfect for Families with Kids

We had an amazing time. The property is lovely, had everything we needed. We stayed with a couple of friends, teenagers and a toddler. This property had everything to keep them entertained. TONS of board games, puzzles, video games, movies, my kids were so excited and played for hours. Even dog friendly! If we come back to Groveland, we will definitely stay here again. Loved the layout, everyone had their own private space. The house was clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was surprisingly fast, almost instant. Had a wonderful time! Thank you again 😊

Groveland and the Pine Mountain Lake area are lovely, and the home's proximity to Yosemite is accurately described. Check-in was smooth, and the gate entry fee was exactly as stated. The home was clean upon arrival and offered plenty of entertainment. However, we encountered a few communication issues. Two undisclosed Ring cameras were on the property; while we understand the security need, we would have appreciated knowing this in advance as a family with children. Additionally, the trash instructions were highly inconsistent. We were told to buy special trash bags at the gate, but security informed us owners must provide them. We ended up having to drive to the next town to buy bags for 10 each. We also had to retrieve the trash cans from the curb, and were ultimately told to haul our trash to a dump site across the lake, contradicting the manual's instructions to leave it in the garage. It felt like we spent too much vacation time managing property upkeep. Updating the listing with accurate rules and camera disclosures would greatly benefit future guests.
