Pleasant detached house located on the beachfront of Grazel beach (inlet) and 6 minutes from shops.

This air-conditioned seaside rental comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed and television, a fully equipped kitchen area (electric hob, electric coffee maker, etc.), and a dining area opening onto the terrace. There is also a shower room with shower and toilet, and a washing machine.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds (140x190cm) and a separate toilet.

The terrace is enclosed and furnished with garden furniture.
