Your wellness holiday home in a dream location. Right on the beach (!) with spectacular panoramic view of the bay to the Pyrenees. They go out of the gate and are right on the water, where their children can play without your supervision. The house (100 sqm) plus garage offers every comfort. 3 bedrooms all with air-plants, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, large living / dining room and separate kitchen exclusive. The terraces with garden furniture surrounded with Mediterranean plants. From the large south-facing terrace, the bedrooms with large balcony, you have a great view of the lying directly in front of the house promenade with the beach. From the north terrace and bedroom overlooks the beautiful nature reserve 'Clape' and the evening sun can enjoy. Four huge sandy beaches, Plage de Mateile, Plage des Chalets, Plage de la Vieille Nouvelle and Le Grazel front of the house, invite you to swim.


ATTENTION: WINTER SPECIAL In January and February !!! Skiing in the Pyrenees. Book our home for 2 weeks for the price of 600, - € (instead of 1100, - €). During this period, you can book in the Pyrenees with the remaining amount of any length ski holiday (z..B. 3 days / 5 days / 1 week). Day trips are also possible. The ski areas are between 80 and 120 minutes away from our house.

Wundervoller Urlaub in Gruissan
Wir haben den Urlaub in Gruissan sehr genossen. Alles war gut zu erreichen, man schaut direkt vom Haus auf das Wasser. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Es hat der ganzen Familie gefallen.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage
Schön möbliert, gut ausgestattet, großes Wohnesszimmer. Die Terrasse könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein. Die Spüle war sehr unappetitlich, einige Türen waren im Bereich der Türgriffe s e h r verschmutzt, Rauchmelder in zwei Schlafzimmern defekt und nicht ersetzt, Kunststofftüren der Dusche lange nicht grundgereinigt usw. Die Endreinigungsgebühr von 150,00 € grenzt bei dieser Sachlage an Wucher. Schade um das schöne Haus.

Parfait en tout points
Maison idéalement située au bord de l’eau . Prestations irréprochables, propre , bien aménagée , 3 grandes chambres à l’étage avec balcon face à la mer. Au Rez de chaussée grand salon coin repas cheminée accolé à une cuisine très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Le tout donne sur terrasse idéalement orientée. 7 vélos à disposition, pas de soucis de stationnement ni de circulation automobile autour. Que dire de plus , parfait !

Tolles Haus am Meer
Das Haus war spitzenmäsig und besonders die untere Etage sehr nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet. Toll ist auch der große Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter😊Von der Terrasse sieht man das Meer. Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß schnell am Hafen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen.
