appartement décevant

Dès notre arrivée ,nous avons senti une odeur de moississure dans l'appartement . La climatisation n'avait pas été entretenue depuis plusieurs année apparemment . Nous avons javelisé toutes les canalisations en vain. Au bout de 7 jours un technicien est venu nettoyer la clim sans resultat : l'odeur nauséabonde est restée présente pendant nos 14 jours de location. C'est vraiment dommage car cet appartement est très bien situé et refait à neuf. De plus le menage à notre arrivée n'avait pas été fait correctement : terrasse et salon de jardin sales, vaisselle mal lavée ,bonde de la douche sale etc. D'autre part, il serait bon de rajouter des mugs, un presse fruit, un couteau à legumes, une poubelle dans la salle de bain, un balai entre autre et un mini-four . Nous avons été dédommagés de seulement 150 euros pour avoir subi cette odeur pendant 15 jours. Il est inadmissible de louer cet appartement en sachant qu'il y a une telle odeur !
