El hotel en general es cómodo y la ubicación es buena, sin embargo el servicio deja que desear sobre todo el tema de la facturación, no te envían las facturas en tiempo y tienes que estar marcando para solicitarla y jamás contestan o te dicen que te la enviarán y no la envían y después simplemente no contestan.

En general el hotel es muy lindo, las habitaciones excelentes, pero los detalles al final tienen nota de cero. No habia plancha, me llevaron una sucia y descompuesta, al final no pude planchar mi ropa, para los ejecutivos ir a una reunión con la ropa arrugada no es bueno. Por otro lado el personal en general, mal humorado, en recepción pesimo el servicio, en el restaurante el personal insuficiente y si uno no deja suficiente propina hacen caras.

This is the second time we have stayed on this property. Their attention to detail and quality diminished compared to last time. They need to pay more attention to quality across all ends, from the restaurant to the rooms and ammenities.

Los cuartos muy confortables y limpios. Sabanas y almohadas muy cómodos. El hotel es fácil de acceso pero no es un lugar para caminar y de eso, no se trataba. Está ubicado a la orilla de una vía rápida. Es fácil de llegar a restaurantes cercanos por Uber o taxi.

Great clean hotel near Chapalita and many other great places in Guadalajara. We walked every day we stayed there and found delicious food just minutes away. The staff were super friendly! Definitely a place I would recomend. Pool is tiny thats is the only thing.
