Very well located, safe neighborhood, well connected, many bus lines nearby, friendly staff, close to restaurants and cafés, no grocery stores nearby, only one a kilometer away but many convenience stores around, kind of old property but everything works fine, the only issue are the room doors which are not in good condition, not easy to open and close so you have to slam them to do that, imagine people coming back after midnight trying to open and close their rooms with the consequent noise ... that makes a not a very quiet facility .

Very clean, reasonably priced, Prime and Netflix available, hot water, nice pool/restaurant area, very good for staying on vacation if you are visiting Guadalajara.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, which made our stay relaxing. The rooms are spacious and the staff was friendly. However, there were a couple of inconveniences. The parking lot is very small, and in our case, it was already full when we arrived, so we had to park on the street. Also, there is no elevator, and since we were traveling with a baby stroller and several suitcases, going up and down the stairs was a bit difficult. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
