The staff was very friendly, the shuttle to the airport was very convenient(departures every 15 minutes) pock up on arrival to the airport. The hotel is next to a major highway and the airport so is very noisy (trucks and airplanes). There was a lot of noise coming from other rooms as well, you could hear people talking loudly and children playing late into the night, it was hard to get any sleep with all the noise from inside/outside the hotel.

The hotel is well located in front of the airport and the facility looks nice but WiFi didn’t work in our room at all. We couldn’t even connect from 6 different devices. For the price they charged us and the type of hotel, WiFi should be working in every room. So that’s was really disappointing since I had a zoom meeting and didn’t want to take it from the lobby.

When arrived at the hotel, we were surprised to see the parking lot gate and we had no choice to use it and take the parking ticket. It would be nice to warn us about it when we book or reserve a room in Email. That way there are no surprises.
