Sleeping arrangements

Designed for up to 6 guests, the apartment offers 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 3 baths, giving everyone space and privacy to recharge. Cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and dedicated clothing storage create a restful setting, whether you’re staying for a few nights or an extended visit.



Living & comfort

The living space is set up for both relaxation and convenience. Stay connected with Wifi, catch up on your favorite shows on the TV, and enjoy the ease of a private entrance that lets you come and go independently. An elevator in the building adds an extra layer of convenience, especially for longer stays or when traveling with luggage.

Located in Guadalajara, you’re close to Paseo Chapultepec, Glorieta Minerva, and the Historic Center - areas known for their energy, dining, and cultural landmarks. After exploring, return to your private space above the city to relax and recharge.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $10* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.

-Linen changes are not provided during the stay.

-Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables.

-It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.
