Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, offering space to unwind at your own pace. Each bedroom is designed for rest, with bed linens, room-darkening shades, hangers, and clothing storage in a closet to help you settle in comfortably. Two full bathrooms provide added convenience, complete with bathroom essentials and hot water for refreshing mornings or relaxed evenings.



Living and comfort

Air conditioning keeps the apartment cool throughout the day, creating a comfortable environment year-round. You can relax with the TV or connect through the Wifi, whether catching up on messages or winding down after exploring the city. The layout offers privacy and ease, making it simple to balance downtime with discovery.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen gives you the flexibility to cook your own meals whenever you choose. Thoughtfully arranged for both quick breakfasts and relaxed dinners, it includes a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, blender, and all the essentials needed for preparing and enjoying meals. Gather around the dining table to plan the day ahead or recap your favorite moments in the evening.



Building and amenities

A private entrance - separate street or building entrance - allows you to come and go independently. Elevator access within the building makes movement smooth and convenient. When you’re ready for a break, the pool offers a refreshing spot to recharge between outings. Self check-in with a keypad provides flexibility on arrival, so you can settle in on your schedule.



Neighborhood

Located within reach of Paseo Chapultepec, Glorieta Minerva, and Centro Histórico, the condo places you close to some of Guadalajara’s most iconic areas. The neighborhood blends cultural energy with local character - cafes, walkable streets, and architecture that reflects the city’s heritage. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this setting offers a comfortable home base connected to the best of Guadalajara.

1. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.

2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.

3. Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

4. Instructions for rentals through platforms such as Airbnb:

For apartments renting through these platforms, we ask that you instruct your guests on these provisions to avoid mishaps.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

To ensure a 5-star stay, please consider the following information



Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.



-Guests are not allowed.



-Pets are not allowed.



-Linen changes are not provided during the stay.



-Provided amenities are for a single-night stay.



-Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables.



-The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice.



-We are an environmentally conscious company and appreciate your support in using electricity responsibly.



-Maintenance and administration of common areas in the condo are not managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



-It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.
